Nero accepting avi files

    I got nero version 6.6.0.12 the newest updated version . But It wont accept avi files so i can burn them.. i dont know what i should do other peoples work like my friend has the same version and his accepts anything. I dont know what im missing. Can anyone help me out pleaseeeeee.. thanks

    Shouldn't matter what file type it is or if it has an extension at all. For burning data you just drag the files over. Perhaps you mean converting?

    celtic_d is correct on nero if u burn a data disc no matter what the file type is it should work
    r u trying to make a vcd/svcd? do u have a dvd burner?
