Hi, I'm a newbie to nero so I hope this is not a dumb question. I have nero 7 ultimate and I am in the middle of my first DVD project. I have an MPEG video file with no sound and I have added background music. The problem is the music has a lot of clicking and popping in the background. The audio files do not have this problem outside of nero (only when I preview the DVD). Does anyone know how to fix this? What audio format is best for nero? Thanks for any help.
What I would recommend is, uninstall your current version of Nero, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 or a later version from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/ or you can go to the latest version Out of curiosity which version of Nero7 are you using.
