As I have just joined this forum, I don't know if this has been asked before. I have Nero 7 Essentials that came bundled with a DVD burner I bought. The problem is the automatic backup program pops up every night around the same time, the burner tray door opens and ask about saving files to a back up program. This goes on for at least 10 minutes and I have not found a way to delete it or shut it off. I want to back up at my time and choosing, not Nero's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Found the answer myself. When Nero 7 Essentials installs, it also schedules Windows task manager to open backup pop ups at various times. Since there is no calendar available to turn these of in N7E, you have to go to Windows task manager to do it.
