Nero burn fail

    I keep getting an error with Nero when I try to burn a dvd-r disc. I have the updated version of Nero and an updated firmware on both Lite-on drives. I've used different media including: Maxell, Tayo Yuden, Fuji & verbatim. No problems with dvd+r discs, no matter what brand. The dvd-r discs only burns with my Sonic record now program which leads me to believe it's not a burner problem. I'm trying to post the error log with no success. Thanks in advance,

    Ok you should use DVD Shrink 3.2 first put the disc in then open the program then click open disk when that done you then click backup after choose iso image then save it to HD then burn it to a disk.
