I have Nero 6.0 Burning software. I am having issues burning cd-r dvdrw. I have tried other burning softwares with the same problem. I get an error message while I am burning a cd-r or dvdr saying burning cancel after 20% 40% and this is the error log message that I get. Yes, it's an HP machine. The reason I cannot update the firmware is that I need to save the fireware on a floppy or CD. I cannot save it on the CD because it won't let me burn from the hardwire gives me the same burning error message. Thanks for all your help so far really appreciate it.
You should have the option to save you current firmware to your hardrive first before you update it have a look in the options for saving it?
