I'm on a medion computer intel duel core using windows vista, i have been burning away happily with no problems untill today, always use the same type discs for burning RiVision DVD-R 16X and have never had a problem. I have no idea what is wrong. natuarly i tried a few discs incase i had a few bad ones in among my pack..but to no avail. Also i also tried to burn other video files on my hard drive that i had already succefully burned just in case the actual movie file was in some way corrupt....still wouldnt burn. ASPI layer is corrupted, try this, version 4.71 from here - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/aspi.cfm Latest firmware is RL01 from here http://lgodd.lge.com/fwdrv/DVD-WRITER/GSAH42N_RL01.exe You couls also try updating your Nero 7.10.1.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?2893 BTW: They are NOT good quality discs.
Gwendolin thanks for your input, i downloaded and ran the aspi updtae but from this log i am posting i don't think it shows? I also updated successfully my firmware (Thanks) I have yet to update Nero...I know the discs aren't best qyuality but its all i have at the moment. Still no joy burning, here is my latest Log.....Maybe it throws up something different now that i have updated the firmware? Thanks for your help this far.
