Nero burning faulty .cue files

    Hi all, when I try to burn an SVCD on nero - it spits out faulty discs (as if they were blank - but i can't use them to write with again).
    I think it might be because the .bin file is larger than 800 mb (about 806 mb).
    Any ideas?
    If not, does anyone know how I can extract the .bin file to .mpg, .avi or any other format?

    Nero does that a lot, try alcohol 120%
