Nero burning problems

    I am trying to back up one of dvd's and i keep getting a focus error message. I don't konw what this means and if anyone could help me with this problem I would be apprciative.
    I am using dvd shrink and nero 6.

    what Exactly does the error say?

    i apprecciate the reply to my question but i ended up figuring it out right after i wrote the message i was running the burning at a high speed i needed to drop the burn speed so thank you for replying
