Nero has never been really good at burning to DL media, using imgburn is the better way to go. Have your ripper create an ISO image file (or you can have imgburn build an image from the video files using it's build mode), then use imgburn to burn the file to DVD. imgburn http://www.imgburn.com/ By the way: The latest version of Nero 7 is 7.10.1.2, you can pick it up here http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero7-update.php
