Just encountered a problem when trying to open Nero Burning Rom to burn an audio cd, I receive an eror message stating "Server Busy"."This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch to' to activate the busy program to correct this problem" Hit Switch to simply brings up All Programs. Cannot close either, I have to bring up Windows Task Manager to close Burning Rom. Any ideas? I have no other burning programs running. Thanks
Try turning off Virus scanners and Firewalls and anything else that's running to see if it can be pinned down. Maybe boot into safe mode and see if it runs ok. Either it's at odds with another program or it has to be reinstalled.
Thanks for the response. Yes, it's a conflict all right. In safe mode, no problem, even with all apps incl anti-virus and firewalls down, cannot access audio cd or data cd burn. Now, will have to try all the services running methinks.
