Hello....I have Nero 5.5.10.28 version...it works fine burning CD-Rs from .avi files, for example....I have many files in the .bin/.cue format that I am unable to open in Nero...I go to FILE > BURN IMAGE > and open the .cue file.....but Error boxes immediately pop up:
    1) Cannot open "xxx".bin file, then
2)An error occurred while loading the cue sheet file..."xxx" (Line 1).

I know the .bin/.cue files are legit, as they categorize fine in Isobuster (even though I dont know how to use this software).

Any suggestions? Upgrade to Nero Version 6?
Just dont use Nero and get CDRWIN?

    Thanks,
    Schmynka

say, i took a suggestion from the forum, and skipped the open .cue file, and just opened the .bin file directly in Nero 5.....changed the block size to 2352,
reduced the burn speed, checked disc-at-once, and its working..
now I'll see if I can access it onc its burned to CD!

thanks for the Alcohol 120% suggestion. Ill give it a try. I assume the virtual drive(s) eat up a lot of RAM, but thats a given.

Who said anything about virtual drives? :) Use A120 to burn the image? (Or use CDRWIN5)

i don't know much about Alcohol 120%..so I guess you can both burn an image to CD, or run it on an Alchohol virtual drive in the same software to run the image without burning to CD...

Do you recommend the newer version 1.9.x or is the older version 1.4.x just as good?
    thanks
