Hi Everyone, When I attempt to use Nero Scout's desktop search, to search on the INTERNET, I always receive a "can't connect to the INTERNET due to unknown error" alarm. This alarm happens regardless of my firewall being on or off. I sent Nero support, a support ticket about this issue, but no answer from them so far. Does anyone know how I can tweak the Nero Search to work with the INTERNET ? Thanks.
well make sure your internet explorer is up to date, and in the nero settings make sure its trying to connect through the right internet connect, if you have dsl and nero trys to go through an old dail up connect it wont work, settings, update your driver for what device you use to connect to the internet and make sure nero is in your firewall exception list, cheers
