I recently got nero and i just want to burn some avi files as a backup on a DVD-R. i got to the point where i add all the files into that window, but when i actually try to burn the thing, it keeps on giving me a message that says "Please insert an empty medium." The DVD-R is definitely in there, and it's empty... I really need help! (these files are taking up too much space on my computer!! )
Try an uninstall & reinstall of Nero Plus I take it your just trying to burn data rather than DVD-Video ?
