I have a Benq OEM 1620 which came with Nero. The info tool says It's Nero 6.3. What I don't get is all the Full version and Express numbers and freebie trial versions and which is which. Can someone clarify with a direct download link? Also, in the program I have no clue where to find the serial number. There is no 'about' box anywhere that I can see. So I have a factory disk that says: Nero Vision Express2 2.1.2.18B and Nero Express 6 6.3.1.23B OEM Suite Where's the Serial Number and how do I get my upgrade? thanks.
Nero's FAQ about Serial Number locations: http://ww2.nero.com/enu/FAQs_General_Serial-Number.html From the FAQs: "Important note Sorry, but if you have not registered your Nero/Nero Express and are unable to locate your serial number, we will not be able to provide you a new key! If you own a Nero OEM-Version, we need you to provide a copy of your proof of purchase along with your name and e-mail address. We can confirm the purchase and create a new serial number for you. Send all this information via fax to +49-7248-911-888. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for a response back via e-mail or fax from our sales team." Nero makes it's OEM versions in a wide variety of configurations for each of the various drive manufacturers that provide a bundled software package.
