When I run Nero Info Tool it just freezes at “Retrieving information” and the green progress bar only gets about a quart of the way across. From there I cannot close the program and have to reboot the PC. Nay suggestions why this might be? I was running as I have having terrible audio skipping and stuttering when playing DVDs suddenly. I have made sure audio drivers, and the DVD drive drivers and firmware are updated. I was hoping info tool might help trace source of issue. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
