I have used nero 5.5 for over 2 years now and i have never had a problem. now i cant burn a dvd b/c I believe the dvd files are not in proper format. the size seems to be off not letting the burn. usually errors out after 3 or 4 minutes. if the burn does go through it wont play in dvd player only pc. i use dvd decrypter then dvd2one to get it down to size. the dvd2one folder has teh correct sizes of teh file but nero does not bring them in that same size. what should i do to correct this. is there a setting or function that i need to change. i unistalled and reinstalled many times and no help. this has been so fustrating. please help. greatly appreciated.
Post your log but remove the sn# first. Maybe someone can help you that way. If I had to guess from what you posted my first guess would be media has changed and your burner dont like it.
I dont remember where it is located in version 5 but think it was named same. nerohistory. It will be in your nero folder. sn# means your serial number.
