Hello, I have a registered,numbered Nero product and use their media player. When I try to access an FM radio stream,for example,this one,it refuses to play the MP-3 stream. I sent an email to Nero support and several days later got a request to send to Nero two attachments,a screen shot and their diagnostic device,which I did,but have not heard back from them. Do any of you know how I can fix this? Is there a plug in I'm missing? (XP up to date,Firefox 3 up to date.) ------------ Thank you.
I had the same problems - submitted all the screens and info and Nero support replied that they were able to reproduce the problem but unfortunately that it was an old product. It is a shame because I think that program has the best audio reproduction ever. If you haven't tried this - at least this much works - open a stream site using Winamp and then use the info menu to get the http: ip address. You can manually put that in file play open URL field and it will work. However, if it is followed by mp3 as with the classical station - it doesn't work. But for other shoutcast type streams - it does the job. if anyone has ever figured out how to get WCPE to work with Nero media player - let me know. good luck.
