I used MPEG4 Direct Maker to convert rmvb files to MPEG1, burn them to VCD thru Nero. But once in a while, a converted file ends up as "not VCD complaint" on Nero, and needs to be re-encoded by Nero before burning. I use the same program, same process, same setting; why are some MPEG1 files not VCD complaint, while others are fine?
Well, this happened to me when, in TMPGenc's Tool -->Merge & Cut, I used 'MPEG-1 Standard instead of 'MPEG-1 Video CD'. But, why don't you simpy apply my '100% metond to make a VCD' I wrote on the 'sticky' thread in the main page of this forum?
