Hi... I just recently got a new laptop and I need to reinstall my Nero Photoshow Deluxe 4 onto it. However, I don't have a disc or anything to do this. I have my serial number that came in an email. When I login to Nero it shows that I only have elite to download and not Nero Photoshow Deluxe 4. How can I reinstall this? I got the photoshow elite to install... but I need to update it to Deluxe 4 and I can't find a way to do this.
The website says going from Elite to Deluxe is an upgrade (cost) as opposed to a (free) update. See item #3 http://www.nero.com/nerophotoshow/eng/FAQs_Upgrade.html
I already bought deluxe 4 though..that is my point! I just got rid of my old laptop though and can't get it on my new one.... however, Nero did email me back and sent me the link. Thanks anyhow.
