You should not need any plug-ins if you have Nero 6. You can use NeroVision Express to turn your Mpeg into a DVD. Your DVD drive also should have come with some kind of player such as "Power DVD" or something and you can get Shrink and Decrypter here for FREE!!! ya hoo free is good!!!
Phun, Fasfrank is right Nero 6 has it... If you have the full version. If you do, you'll need to download 3 of the 4 updates. The one you don't need is InCD4.
