Nero Rebooting Computer

Hi All,
Is there a patch for this? I am using Win XP Pro SP2. Is there something i can get to make Nero(latest version) not reboot my PC? I also have tried to install Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 and it chashes my computer right at the end of the installation.

sp2 clashes with nero anyway, i wouldn't haver installed sp2 yet as they too many problems with it. Sorry i can't help you anymore on this.

Did you try removing Nero with the utility they have on their site here :- http://www.nero.com/us/Clean_Tools.html

The first one is General Clean Tool -

Then re-installing the latest version !

PS. Many of us have SP2 and Nero and no problems.

Nortons system works will cause that,if you have a VIA controled mainboard and Nero installed,allso check your AGP driver,videocard driver and make shure you have DX 9.0b installed, allso some of the new windows updates have copyright junk ie,you will most likely be unable to copy dvds . good luck

I installed nero on a fresh system with only drivers installed, when having this problem. I only installed Roxio as an alternative, just in case my computer conflics with Nero.
