hello, I tried burning a video_ts file using nero recode, but it always fails during the burning process.

Turn your DMA on.
Update your firmware to BFS2.
Try again.

 

Okay i've enabled DMA but when i try to update to bfs2, it says the update isn't intended for my computer model.

 

Oh and by the way, there is also BYS3 update, should i use that one?

One more question, will this support DL DVD's?

 

Your Sony burner is a Lite-On. You can read about it here:

It will support 2.4x +R DL. Use only Verbatim DVD+R DL 2.4x (MKM-001-00 dye) made in Singapore.

 

Unfortunately it's not working again. I've enabled DMA on everything but the LITE-ON DVDRW SOHW-1653S says DMA is not enabled. Here is the log.
