I've just rebuilt my XP system (wiped out and reinstalled most of the software I had loaded on it) and I have some files I've backed up with Nero onto DVDs. I'm unable to restore them,as Nero appears to assume it will have a record of the backup, which it did until my system was cleaned off. Anyone have any ideas on how I can recover these files. I've been waiting a few days for Nero support to respond and I feel hell will freeze over before they do. They have no problem extolling the virtures of their product, they just never sat in the user's seat trying to make it work. Thanks
