im trying to burn ghost recon 2. i ftp'd my comp. to my xbox and made an iso file of the game using qwix. but when i use nero to make an iso dvd it tells me "the file xbox.iso is larger than 2GB and therefore cannot be stored in an iso file system. please use the UDF file system to write such large files" what the hell am i doing wrong??? thnaks, massive
also it took qwix a long time to create the iso, like about 10min. when i transferred the game file over i just transferred the whole D drive, was this correct??
nevermind, figured it out. i had to use alcohol 120% to burn it. nero was being a bitch for some reason
It wasnt a bitch except youve done what it says here and didnt work. http://ddx.freewebpage.org/how_to_burn_xbox_isos.htm
I had the same problem. If you open up Nero 6 start panel, click the dvd tab, then go to burn image to disk it will work.
Only to a certain degree though. The disc is really complicated, but it's not truly UDF because you can't read the full contents of the disc on a pc (you only get that video).I wouldn't burn with the udf option, but it's up to him.
The program I use to make XISO's is called "Extract-XISO -GUI by Huge" you can get it from www.xbox-scene.com. I have had no problems using that program to make my XISO's and then burn them with Nero 6. Hope this helps.
