nero showtime 2 subtitle

    Hi!

    I have nero showtime 2 (nero 7)
    When i play a divx movie i cannot load any subtitle.
    I give right click with mouse but i cannot select the option "change subtitles U".

    Somebody can help me , please?

    Sorry, I have no experience with subtitles, but are you using the latest version of Showtime. An update might help.

    I was "finally" told by Nero Tech. Support in Germany that there is no fix to my problem of it not displaying English subtitles. When then contacting so-called Customer Support in CA I was stonewalled. Basically they won't respond to my request for a refund. They have no plans to do so!
