HELP! I just recently acquired a new desktop with Vista Home Basic OS. I have the following software - MS Office 2000, Photoshop 6, VideoStudio 11+ and of cos Nero 7 Essential which was free when I brought an external writer (Samsung) DESKTOP from DEll Vostro 200. "Window has stopped process (Rundll32)" Thru Dell Technicians we found that Nero has blocked some activity. What they advise was this and it worked for accessing, editing, importing etc etc jpegs, mpegs and avis (initially unable to work with my editing etc only with avis) Rename following two files in folder: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\DSFilter\" NeVideo.ax -> NeVideo.ax.old NeroVideoProc.ax -> NeroVideoProc.ax.old Well, so this alteration of name changed worked and have completed my project and started burning DVD (using VS 11+)Then while burning process, dialog box regarding system shut down (Rundll32) appears again.... Can anyone out there help??? I am not very knowledgable with computer terminologies.. so please use lay terms... I am only a novice and just enjoy my softwares working with homemovies, photos I have taken of Tasmania.... cheers
