Hi, just wondering is there any way to disable transcoding when burning a movie. I hate waiting up to 2hrs to "create menus and transcode streams"
Sounds like your using Vision to convert avi, wmv etc. Nope can't turn off the transcoding part. It's doing this to convert the files to a dvd complaint file. 2 hrs is probably about average. If you don't want to convert them then pick up a dvd player that accepts DivX. That way you can just burn avi's as data discs.
