I just started using Nero Vision 3 to make VCD slideshows. A couple of issues I'm struggling with: 1. I've created a slideshow that has 8 chapters. Can I play music accross chapters? I don't think so, but thought I'd ask. 2. If not, can I stretch the timing of the individual slides out to match the length of a song? i.e. I have 3 minutes worth of slides and a 4 minute song. Is there a way to make the two match automatically? I thought I read something somewhere (I've been all over the place looking) that suggested this was possible. 3. On my original attempt, I set the time for each slide at 6 seconds and the transition at about 1.5 Each slide was only complete, on-screen for about 2 seconds. Too fast. How does the timing work? Also I noticed that if I removed the transitions of a chapter, the total time of the chapter INCREASED. This does not seem to make sense. When I added the transitions back in, the time decreased. Wierd. 4. Is there any real-world difference between VCD and sVCD? I've been doing sVCDs because "super" sounds better. I have no idea. 5. Is there a way to increase the quality of the on-screen image? It seems a little grainy. When you look at the chapters, it gives the quality under the title, but can it be changed? Everything else seemed to work OK. The burn took about 45 minutes. The playback was fine other than being fast. the music played, although was cut off abruptly mid-song. Thanks for any input!
