I Desperatly need help. I've been trying to burn a full DVD of slides I created with vision express and have had no luck with playback. The first time, my burner burned for over 4 hours and then Nero errored out. My smaller test slide shows burn OK but will only play one chapter on my DVD player. When the next chapter comes up, it says "disk dirty" or just freezes. I've filled out the silly form on Nero's website to ask for help twice. I also attached the error log that they request. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESPONSE IN OVER A WEEK. Maybe they just wan't you to fork over the cash to talk to their xperts. Not me! I've downloaded the updateds to the programs and even tried adding wnaspi32.dll to my system 32 file in hopes this was the problem. I bought another DVD burner and tried playback on another DVD player. What gives with Nero? Any suggestions?
