I just installed nero 8 ultra edition and am having problems. Everything else on it works fine except for the vision. I try to convert over a movie it gets anywhere from 10 to 90% of the encoding process and the nero start menu pops up. It has done this several times. Its as if the program resets itself and goes back to the start menu. I got annoyed and reinstalled nero 7 and this one is doing it also. Any ideas what is causing this? I know I'll probably get ripped on for asking but I can't correct the problem. I haven't installed any new hardware and have used vision in 7 many times with no problems. thanks, brad
Since 7 worked for you, use Nero 8 CleanTool here: http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-cleantools.html Then re-install Nero 7.
