I mainly use DVD Decrypt then DVD Rebuilder with CCE, and finally Burn with Nero. Every once and awhile, Nero will give me warnings when burning..... Most go like this..... "VOB file is not referenced and should not be present" "DVD video files reallocation failed" "DVD video files compliance ignored" Nero gives me the option to continue with the warnings and I do, Finally when the Burn is complete I get.... "Burn completed succesfully with warnings" This happens in maybe 1/4 of my burns. When I play the burned copy, they seem to work with out any problems. So far anyway..... I do the process the same way every time, so Why do I get warnings sometimes and other times I don't?????
Creaky, I read that thread but it still doesn't explain why I sometimes get the error warnings and sometimes I don't....... And so far, the DVD's seem to be working.... What other programs to you recommend burning with, so that I can retry the same set of RB files? This way I can compare the burn process and see if I get any issues and compare them with NERO.
sorry i didn't see the RB reference, just homed in on the compliance bit. 'fraid i've not got around to using RB yet (probably won't knowing me), but this error is usually due to files not being ripped correctly, ie they're not in compliant format. sometimes vobblanker can fix it, ithink there's ifoedit too, but i think it would be easier for you to do a google search and an after search for the compliance or compliant error. i'm at work so my internet usage is under scrutiny and i get moaned at for using the internet even for research purposes
