nero wave editor keeps crashing

hi'
while useing the wave editor it started to crash.the crashing occured with the declicker......the music starts to get stuck at one spot and
repeats itself (sort of like an echo)any kind of conflick has been removed but still it crashes even after reinstalling many times.im using
xp on a dell 1100 demension.
