Nero wont copy dvd's but will copy cd's

    I have been using znero for years. I have a sony dual layer burner and more and more times it wont copy dvd's. It used to no problem.

    here is my error log
    I just tried making my burner the master and the rom the slave... HELP

    Nearly out of memory.If you multitask while burning - don't, and free up non critical applications using the 'Task Manager'.

    Reduce burning speed to 4x to test.

    Indicates a media error - but it may be the burning speed.

    If cutting back the speed is of no avail, consider switching brands (Verbatim is good).

    When I try to get the clean tool, that address takes me to the nero home page

    If I download NERO it's a trial, where can I get the S/N or full version
