Just started having problems today... just trying to make a video cd, but it keeps getting write errors. probably made 7 or 8 coasters already... ugh.. up to date firmware, verbatim cd-rs (which i've never had a problem with before), and ForceASPI 1.8 freshly installed. DMA is on... um... here's my log:
i used to make alot of VCD's for my car dvd player, i rarely had writer errors with them, but when i did get a write error i would just burn it again & use a slower speed. that always fixed it for me. i have no idea about your log u posted. but try lowering the write speed & see if it works
i was getting this error over and over burning at 12x with a 52x burner! i don't know what it was, but it finally worked for me... maybe someone who can interperet those logs will eventually let me know what was going on?
