nero's telling me to put in empty disc

    When i go to burn DVD's using NEro StartSmart, it seems to decode the movie, but before it actually starts burning, it says to insert an empty disc, even though there already is one in the burner. even when i reinsert a brand new one it still says the same thing and it won't burn. what do i do???

    Try a different brand of blank media.

    Do you have the correct drive selected? Nero will give you that same message with no disc in a drive.
