Netti ei toimi eikä ohjelmat lataudu

Läppärillä ilmeni semmoinen ongelma, että käynnistäessä konetta ne ohjelmat eivät lataudu, jotka normaalisti tulisivat automaattisesti (Esim. F-Secure ja Live Messenger). Kone kyllä ottaa yhteyden modeemiin, mutta minkäänlaista toimintaa ei näytä oleva joten internetin käyttö on mahdotonta. Lieneekö virus? Login mukaan F-secure olisi latautunut, mutta esim. virustarkistusta ei pysty tekemään. HJT:
