Hi all, my kryptview box fell of the top of tv, and the network cable came out. i am trying to put it back in the RF In feed, but it doesn't seem to want to go in anymore, I have the missing nut,am I missing something? Thanks,
could have damaged the cable or connection, try a different cable to check it, if that dont go on, you have bent the connector on the box
