I just put a DVD-RW drive in my computer as the master drive and put my old cd burner in the expansion bay as the slave drive... now my cd burner burns at like 8 minutes a cd... (it was burning at 3 minutes at most.).... I put it back in the top bay as the master drive, and it burns fine (at like 2 and a half minutes)..... I want to use both drives, but I still want my cd burner speed....

    Any suggestions?..... thanks

click on the properties of each drive in device manager to see if dma is enabled
