new ds lite touch screen wont work

    hi guys bought a new ds lite on ebay and the touchscreen doesnt work games play an load no probs but stylus pen does not have used different pens and still no joy went to config menu and it wont work there either any help please

    Its faulty - there is nothing else to try, should work straight out of the box.
