I installed a new harddrive but when I try to power up the computer with it plugged in the power never turns on. That's all it does when I have it unplugged everything works as normal.

    Barracuda 7200.7
    200 Gbytes
    Model: ST3200822A
    S/N: 3LJ1XYEF
    P/N: 9W2844 - 301
    HDA P/N: 100314751
    Config: A5C - 07
    Firmware: 3.01
Data Code: 05056 Site Code: AMK

This happenes weather I put it as slave master or cable select.
    Any ideas?

You may need a new power supply to power up the comp. I'm guessing your current power supply doesn't have enough power to turn on the whole comp.

Do you know how many watts your power supply can juice out?
