i have an ok computer. 1.6 ghz, 250 gb, 512 mb ram. My question is a i do not want to change my graphics card or buy a tuner that plugs into usb. Is there a program i can use to just record the tv shows. I have a s-video out that i can take my computer and plug it into my tv and use my computer on the tv. Can i just do the same thing but view tv on my computer via a program? ANy help would help
i mean i saw something that looked liek a usb thing with a red white and yellow audio and video things, which i guess would work if i didn't want to take my charter digital cable and record stuff. Just need some ways
