    Hello.
Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this. I wasn't sure where this would actually fit this.

Anyways, I recently bought a T220HD Samsung Monitor (the one with the built-in TV tuner), and everything works fine, with the exception of the DVI input. I hook up my PC up to the DVI connection, and I get black horizontal lines at the top that constantly flicker. It's even worse when I view a video at full-screen, as there are not only black lines, but the entire screen constantly flickers. Here is where it is weird though. Some videos seem to be completely fine and the screen won't flicker.

I have no clue what is wrong. I switched to VGA, and it seems to work fine there. My video card is the ATI Radeon 1650, and the dvi on a smaller lcd monitor i have seems works fine. I updated the drives for the tv and video card, and still nothing.

Has anyone run into this problem before? Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like the video card isn't powerful enough for that big monitor using dvi.

    Burn On,
