New PCB fitted in ds lite - original games are fine but R4 card isn't working

    Hi
    Just had a new circuiy board fitted in my daughters ds lite... problem is that it now will play 'Original Games' Ok but when i insert the R4 card she has it wont read it .... I have tried several other R4 cards in the machine , but they all have the same effect... But they do work ok in other DS lites ...... Would appreciate any clue as to what could be the problem cheers

    The only time I have had this before it was a poor connection in the slot 1 (NDS Slot)

    Try a thin piece of card between to back of the R4 and the NDS Slot, this will push the contacts closer together.
