I just saw they have a new one because I was hoping that everything was fixed with their old one. I bought the old one only to discover that there were issues with the file skipping a bit. So beign a perfectionist I decided to switch from the ripping program that I just had spent 35 bucks on and use dvddecrypter and videora. This worked flawlessly for me. Now that there is a new updated pqdvd converter I figured that I would try to just upgrade the one I have to that and hope that all the problems have been fixed. Wellllllllll unfortunately they are trying to rip us off again! By charging 16 bucks just to upgrade. That is complete BS because we should be able to upgrade for free, especially if it never worked for us in the first place. I just wanted to say that I think this company and converter are crap and they are ripping people off bigtime.
Same thing here with Cucusoft dvd to ipod suite ... Let you try a version which kind of works and after you pay you get something else and it doesn't work anymore. Taking the money fast but never getting back to you from Support e-mail .... big time scam. Don't buy Cucusoft if you don't want to waste your money and endless hours of time to find out it won't work as you expected.
