New Problem

Thanks for those who helped me figure out how to hook my laptop to my tv.



My new problem is,Is it possible to hook my home computer to a regular Tv that only has jacks like those used to hook a dvd player up to it?
RED YELLOW AND WHITE.

If so can you tell me the name of the cable.

 

why not keep this post in with your other post you will get much better response than making another post same as the last one New Problem ??

I need to hook my home computer to a tv that just has RED YELLOW AND WHITE input jacks.

Is there a Pc cable that will do that for Video and Audio so I can stream Net Flicks to it?

 

i dont think that will work mate ,your pc and tv will both need either a hdmi socket and a hdmi cable (this cable provides both audio and video),a vga socket and vga cable (the vga connection is the blue 15 pin socket on your pc )this option also requires a seperate jacj to jack cable for the audio, or an svideo connection and svideo cable (the svideo connection is the small round yellow round 9 pin connection) this option also reguires a seperate jack to jack cable for the audio.

 

there is a vga and hmdi on the pc and an s video.
Is there a HMDI cable that plugs into the PC and has video and adio outputs on the other end?
