Total fake, there is no way sega is going back to the console game. Sony, M$, and even Nintendo, is way too strong right now and especially with the new consoles coming out. They are barely making a name for themselves just developing games, do you really think they are going to get into the console devoloping game. having a 4th system would never fly, if they are lucky they would be #3 behind sony and M$. btw, it came from a site where a guy does graphic design, so Im sure the dude who did this was just dreaming.
I think most people will know it's fake, the fact it says 168bit on the box says it all, consoles have doubled over the years from 8, 16, 32, 64, 128bit All good things come to an end; all we can do is dream
actually, ever since EA got the exclusive rights to the NFL games, Sega said they offically are out of the sports games business. Take-Two Interactive are the ones that do the games for sega anyway. The only thing sega has going for them is Sonic. how hard a giant can fall.,
if you look at the style of the console i would say it looks like a old prototype for either the dreamcast or the saturn. The joypad looks a lot like the special joypad combined with the sega game NiGHTS which is one of the best games i have ever played. I checked the registered trademark of the "wavebird" as shown on the box with the circled R and came up with this link http://tinypic.com/ak8km1.jpg This states that the technology was registered in 2000 by Nintendo aug 9 2000. So i reckon this is a fake hash up of different info from here there and everywhere
look at this picture at the Sega CD Controller. It is basically the same thing. I did my research and aparently the wavebird was a technology that nintendo developed for wireless controller technology and was used for this gamecube controller
this is a UGLY system! I wouldn't buy it for the simple fact....well..it's ugly and I would be laughed at.
Now i know after these additional photo's. You can tell from looking at the shadows and the depth of features but more especially the fan you can tell it is a complete fabrication done on a computer. On the second new photo the red strip around the controller ports has little depth. Maybe? lol
