I have put together a new pc today consisting of, amd sempron 2600 ( 1.8 ) chip, asrock k7s41gx, 512 2700 ddr, plsu other bits n bobs, all is set up and working well, but i have checked the speed of the chip and although all the components are 333mhz, the chip is running at 166 external clock speed in bios, now either i have got a setting wrong or i have mixed somehting up coz i thought it should be 333, i have set the jumpers on the mobo as set out in the manual for 333, and the chip is registering as a 1.84 mhz chip and memory is registering as 448 meg for some reason, so have i got some setting wrong coz im worried its not performing to its potential being set to only 166, thanks for nay help :)
