    Hey, sorry if i've posted this in the wrong section.

    I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on DVD Players with XviD / DivX playback.

    - A recommended DVD player for XviD playback?
    - How it plays them? is the .avi burnt stright onto CD?
    - Will the picture quality better the same as standard VCD encodes or higher?
    - Is video/audio sync a common problem with XviD playback?

    Any help appreciated

    i have an LG LDA-511, it plays avi straight from burning, xvid, divx, no problems. the quality of the movie is as only as good as it was uploaded/downloaded.
    and it has HD upconversion.
