I have a computer that it's about 2 years old, with it it came a card called: ATI WDM Rage Theater Video. I had not try to put it to use, it's it like a tv card? is it possible to use at all? I live in Sweden and well now I need to be able to watch tv on my pc; so probably I'll have to buy a new card, any recomendations?

Yes you can use this Card to Capture Video...I do not know if your Particular One has a TV Tuner or Not but if it has a Cable Input then it should have a TV Tuner so all you have to do is Connect You Cable TV into the Cable input and then Launch "ATI MultiMedia Center" (The software that came with the Card) and Record some TV...

Even if it doesn"t have a TV tuner you can still Capture TV by useing a Cable Recieve or the Cable Reciever built into VCR"s and connect the Outpur from the Cable Reciever/VCR into the "Composite/RCA" Input in the Card and Record......

    Cheers
