I assume it's avi files that are produced.
When you copy the file to the HDD on the PC, is it still out of sync.

If it is AVI you can try loading/dragging it into VirtualDub.
Click 'Video' > 'Direct Stream Copy'
Then 'Video' > 'Frame rate..' > 'Change so video and audio durations match'> 'OK'.
Click 'File' > 'Save as avi...' and retest the sync.

yes it were AVI files i had i dl virtualdub and did everything like u said and it still didn't work. And also i notice that my vids are in sync in the beginning then out of sync in the middle then starts to fall back in sync at the end what do i do?

Edit:Wait it worked it looked like it didn't work at first because the fighting game i recorded was hitting fast and audio was off track but when i played something else it worked so thanks.
